Health Crisis

Sigh~ what luck... While everbody else caught with World Cup fever and enjoying themself, I get myself a terrible fever after watching Cars last Saturday evening. Once back home I was like, God is that you.. no seriously. I got some out of the the world dream or hallucination slipping in and out of conciousness. I remembered when the last time i got a high fever like this when i was a young kid i saw biplanes shooting at my head .. lol

In the end, i slept for 24 hours straight, hardly eat anything, having constant headache, my limbs became numb till hardly function and need to endure this for 3 days.

Anyway, thanks god for my brothers for helping me to endure this hellish moments. And this make me realised i really need to maintain my own well being.. Next time i may not so lucky..

Welcome To Wherever You Are

If you been looking at my Friendster profile or been listening to the radio or a fan of Bon Jovi, you probably heard tis song before. Yeap.. tis song, Welcome To Wherever You Are is from his new album, Have A Nice Day.

Well, actually when i first heard or listen to it during my working days on my previous job, i was kinda moved by the song. Maybe because it was what i like to heard during tis period of my life.. Well, the song do have some encouraging words which kinda fit into me.

Maybe we're all different
But we're still the same
We all got the blood of Eden running to our veins
I know sometimes it's hard for you to see
You caught between just who you are and who you want to be

If you feel alone and lost and need a friend
Remember every new beginning is some beginning's end

Welcome to wherever you are
This is your life, you made it this far
Welcome, you got to believe
That right here right now you're exactly where you're supposed to be
Welcome to wherever you are

When everybody's in and you're left out
And you feel drowning in a shadow of the dawn
Everyone's a miracle in their own way
Just listen to yourself not what other people say

When it seems you're lost alone and feeling down
Remember everybody's different, just take a look around

Welcome to wherever you are
This is your life, you made it this far
Welcome, you got to believe
That right here right now you're exactly where you're supposed to be
Be who you want to be, be who you are
Everyone's a hero, everyone's a star

When you want to give up and your heart's about to break
Remember that you're perfect, God's make no mistakes

Welcome to wherever you are
This is your life, you made it this far
Welcome, you got to believe
That right here right now you're exactly where you're supposed to be
Welcome to wherever you are
This is your life, you made it this far (I say welcome)
Welcome to wherever you are
This is your life, you made it this far (welcome)

When listening to the song, I dun feel bad about myself anymore. Thinking back, i always been an optimistic kinda guy.... only some recent events begun to leave doubts on myself and my life. And these days i begen to wonder whether it is a mistake to quit my previous job... :(

Anyway, the choice is made. It's better to look forward than to dwell in the past. If only i have more encouragement.......

Another Venture Into The Unknown

Aih.. another interview another far end place i need to go. Still, i hafta go... need a job anyway. Well, it was yesterday when i, again brave myself into the uncharted place... well, in the 2002 Klang Valley map book anyway which i pointlessly refered to =.="

After some research into the place the day before, I started at Kelana Jaya station which i tot it was the nearest to my destination, the newly developed town Damansara Perdana. Thinking the place was a fair distance away from One Utama, i naively went there via the feeder bus. Upon arriving the shopping complex, I kinda stumbled onto some copies of the new 2006 edition of Klang Valley map book. Shit. I was dead wrong * panicky* The town is totally on another side of place.. pratically impossible to walk to unless u got wings to fly across some busy highways.

As time ran out for my interview time.. i guessed i need to catch a taxi again this time... >.<" 5 minutes and RM4 later, I finally arrived in this totaly still in development town... i can see some contructions projects going on around. Still the place is developed enough with shops, offices and eateries opened up and running for some time...
After some minor confusion (trouble finding the road *sweats*) I finally found my place of interview.. Yeah.

Well, the interview was kinda ok and abit less tense than the previous one. The interviewer ( so sorry, not good at remembering names) who oso one of the owner of this premise, was kinda friendly and open. Anyway, I rather suprised... this animation house, Beam Animation (well, i was interviewed for an animator post) is in progress on an 3D animation series stated to release locally and in China some time soon. From what i seen, this animation is better than what i expected locally produced. Unfortunally i not sure i can give the details here.. *winks*

Sure enough I was exicted at the prospect of working with them. But there a problem or 2... transport (from wat i know, tis place was unaccessible by any public transport other than taxi)and they use Maya ( I only learned Lightwave). Well, the former is the bigger problem as i can learn new things.... Well, only if they decide to employ me.

Anyway, after the interview, it started to rain, totally forbid my checking around the place.. sigh~ Only after some time, i manage to get myself a taxi back to One Utama again to hang around on tis rainly day.

Ah.. another day passed by again unemployed.

Into The Unknown Territory

Huh~ what a day.... Just came back from an interview this morning. Finally had lunch too just now.. almost staving to death a couple of hours ago.. lol

Just like the interview at Gempakstarz a week back (huh, still no answer *sigh*) this one was also a little brief. Spent around half hour or so at De Touche (an post production company) where just like last time, spending most of the time filling up employee application forms. Anyway the interview took me to somewhere unfamiliar in PJ, that is Damansara KIM or SS20 there.

I took the LRT to Taman Bahagia station, since it is the nearest. Once there, I try to find out whether it is along the feeder bus' route. Alas, not at all. The nearest is across the DPH in Damansara Utama *sweats* Well, no choice then. Gonna took a cab first... Ah, my pocket burned.. The interview was ok but i was kinda nervous and all. Maybe it was the atmosphere- the interior is kinda sleek and modern, make me feel kinda tense. Sigh, i need to get out more....

After the interview, I went search around the place for a bus route to LRT. I went across the DPH (thanks the town management for the overbridge) towards Damansara Utama.. Hmm, not as far as I think it would be. Well, once there, i having trouble finding the right bus stop which the feeder buses will stop(street wise, i'm a total noob). I did a lot of pointness waiting, walking around, taxi waving (which, hilariously, one of them not sure where the station is since he just on the road for two days only *sweats*) and aimlessly checking out the place. Hours later and after totally walk around SS21 , I had it and just took a taxi.

Before boarding, i took note of the feeder bus' route, just in case i going back for an second interview. Anyway, I think a have a good rest before dinner and do hope i can get a decent job by mid June.

To the interviewer (Ms Jennie was it?) who mentioned she did read my blog, if you see this again, thanks for the interview and hope we got a chance to work together.
